Information in an enquiry
The form asks for your name and email address so we can reply. Your telephone number, preferred date and message are optional. We also record the kind of enquiry, chosen language, submission time and acknowledgement of this notice. Please do not include medical records, identity documents or payment-card details.
Why we use it
- To answer your training questions and arrange the next step you requested. Where you ask about entering a training agreement, this supports steps at your request before a contract.
- For other correspondence and to protect the website from misuse, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating a secure service.
- Optional analytics and advertising measurement depend on your separate consent. Asking a training question does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Who can access it
Enquiries are available to authorised academy staff in the website administration. When the live service is enabled, an email notification is sent to the academy’s configured mailbox. Hosting and email service providers may process the information to operate those services. We do not publish enquiries or send form-field contents to Google Analytics or Google Ads.
How long we keep enquiries
We keep an enquiry while handling your request. Website records marked as closed are moved out of the active system after 90 days. A recovery copy in the website’s trash can remain for a further 30 days. Training contracts, invoices and correspondence retained for a separate purpose follow the retention rules for that purpose.
You can request deletion earlier where the information is no longer needed. Mailbox copies and hosting backups are managed separately; we consider those when responding to your request.
Essential storage and security
Your cookie choice is saved in this browser until you change it or clear browser storage. The form uses a security token. To limit repeated submissions, the server keeps a keyed hash derived from the connection’s IP address for a 15-minute limit window; expired counters are cleaned up. Hosting security logs are handled by the hosting service.
Optional measurement
If configured, Google Analytics measures page visits, downloads and completed enquiries after analytics consent. Google Ads measures the configured enquiry or download conversions after advertising-measurement consent. The mixed Google Tag Manager container is loaded only after both analytics and advertising-measurement consent. We do not request advertising personalisation. A click on a scheduling link is measured as a click, not a confirmed appointment.
With advertising-measurement consent, an advertising click ID (gclid) from your URL is kept for this browser tab’s session and attached to a submitted enquiry as private attribution metadata. It is not included in the enquiry notification email. Withdrawing advertising consent clears the session value.
Google may process information outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in its privacy information. You can use this website and enquiry forms without optional measurement. Withdrawing consent stops our optional measurement events going forward; it does not undo processing that already took place. Google privacy information.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access or correct your information, request deletion or restricted use, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request portability where applicable. You can withdraw consent without affecting its earlier lawful use. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Contact us using the email above; we will explain any applicable limits.
