MCC (Multi-Crew Co-operation) JAA Approved Course

EFA training is carried out on a full motion Six-Axis B737 simulator. The MCC course is carried out over eight days and comprises three days theory in our modern well equipped classrooms. Throughout the course students have full use of our B737 Computer Based Training (CBT) & Audio Visual (AVT) equipment. A further five days training is carried out in the simulator, giving you 20 hours of full motion jet simulator time. All documentation is supplied in the course price.

The MCC course is designed to give you the team skills required to work effectively in today's modern flight deck. Our team of professional, airline experienced training instructors are current and ex-airline captains with extensive flying experience and knowledge of the aviation industry. We firmly believe this knowledge should be passed on to you, the next generation of pilots. Enthusiastic instructors will introduce you to a wealth of information on crew co-operation, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and flight deck management. Standard operating procedures during normal, non normal and emergency flight conditions are explained in depth during the classroom phase, and then put into practise in the simulator.

On completion of the course, as well as gaining your MCC certificate, you will have gained invaluable jet simulator time which will give you the vital experience required for the next step in your career, your first airline interview and simulator assessment. We understand the airline recruitment process and we will advise you on the type of flight profiles the airlines are currently using for that all important simulator assessment.
